We are pleased to offer a free one-half hour consultation to prospective new clients on most legal matters. After the initial consultation, we will discuss whether or not we can take on the proposed representation, and if so what the terms and conditions of our representation would be. Out-of-town clients and prospective clients can consult via conference call or real-time Instant Messenger® or RealVideo® discussion. Please call or e-mail to schedule a time to meet with one of our attorneys. Of course, we cannot represent your interests in legal matters unless and until we prepare and submit to you a proposal for representation and receive from you, a signed representation agreement and payment of advance retainer fee.
