Brian A. Scotti joined Coleman & Ragland in August of 2007. He practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on professional liability and medical malpractice defense.
Brian received his B.S. in Economics from James Madison University in 2001. Thereafter, he earned his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2004. While at Catholic, Brian was involved in moot court and served as a law clerk at a general practice firm in Reston, Virginia. Upon graduating, he relocated to Morris County, New Jersey and became associated with a law firm where he practiced civil litigation, primarily focusing on first-party coverage litigation, general liability defense, product liability and subrogation matters in the courts of New York and New Jersey.
Brian is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2004), New York (2005), The District of Columbia (2006), and the Commonwealth of Virginia (2007).
