
| AMY B. MOGETZ, Associate Ms. Mogetz joined Coleman and Ragland in May of 2007. Her practice areas include general civil litigation, as well as wills, trusts and estates. Amy graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2003. She was the recipient of The Washington Internships and Academic Seminars Campaign 2000 internship and participated in model United Nations and student government as a senator. She earned her J.D. from Albany Law School in 2006, where she worked as a teacher’s assistant in the lawyering program. Amy has had internships in Long Island, New York City, and Schenectady, New York where she focused primarily on real estate and wills, trusts and estates. Upon graduation, Amy returned to her hometown of Richmond, Virginia and was admitted to the Virginia Bar in October, 2006. In her spare time, Amy enjoys running, going to the dog park with her boxer mix, Jackson, going to sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. She has also had the pleasure of traveling to over a dozen countries. |
